The coach explains what exercises the gymnasts perform before the main training and how the load is selected for athletes of different levels.

The camp will run until January 26. For young athletes from Russian and Turkish different cities, classes have been prepared with the Academy coaches, as well as Alesya Mach, teacher at Alla Dukhova's TODES Adler school-studio.

The athlete is currently training at the Academy at a training camp at the personal invitation of Olympic champion Alina Kabaeva to prepare for tournaments according to the International Sky Grace Rhythmic Gymnastics Clubs Association rules.

The Alina Kabaeva Sky Grace Rhythmic Gymnastics Academy covered accommodation and meals expenses for athletes.
