Have you ever wondered how a gymnast's body works when performing elements? And what muscles need to be trained to ensure that every spin is flawless? All the answers will be in our episodes. 

A manual therapist and family medicine doctor will analyze the main load areas, while the Academy coaches will share useful exercises to develop these areas.

In one part of her hoop routine, Eva Kononova from the Tyumen Region ran out of time to complete the transition. Olympic champion Alina Kabaeva quickly identified the cause, it was a delay in the previous element that prevented her from maintaining the desired tempo. Together with fellow gymnast and coach Evgeniya Eliseeva, she analyzed the issue and helped her perform part of the routine more dynamically.
