Alina Kabaeva Sky Grace Rhythmic Gymnastics Academy opened up in Sochi in December 2022. The facility took six years to build under the Gazprom for Children program.

Athletes ages 16 to 18 were preparing for the international sambo tournament among young men, which was held in Luzhniki, August 19 to 22.

Gymnasts Malanda Mainga Messi Celeste and Nkenko-Sita Davina Shanselvi took part in it.

The training sessions were held at the Academy from August 3 to 10.
