The athletes prepared for the international competitions at the Martial Arts Academy in Sirius.

The camp for the athletes was organized by the Alina Kabaeva Sky Grace Rhythmic Gymnastics Academy, the Martial Arts Academy,  and the administration of the federal territory Sirius.

After the session, all judokas received certificates for their first successes in judo.

On the last day of the competition, a team championship was held, in which teams from nine federal districts and regions of the country competed for medals.

At the Martial Arts Academy competitions,  Honored Master of Sports, European Champion and Russian Judo Federation Athletic Director Kirill Denisov spoke about the organization of the Russian Judo Championship.

At the Russian Judo Championship, among men in the up to 60 kg category, Ayub Bliev from St. Petersburg took first place, in the up to 66 kg category - Ivan Chernykh from St. Petersburg, and up to 73 kg - Saikhan Shabihanov from the Chechen Republic.

The Family of Champions master class was held at the Martial Arts Academy with the participation of preschoolers and their parents. After the class, the participants shared their impressions.

Groups with a focus on judo for kids began working at the Martial Arts Academy in September of this year.
