Gymnasts, coach Elizaveta Zorkina, and choreographer Elena Egorova attended the Shostakovich Time concert program at the Sirius Concert Center.&nbsp;The audience was treated to a concert by the Bolshoi Theater Orchestra, conducted by Valery Gergiev. The program included Shostakovich's Fifth Symphony.

The choreographer and director of the “Alina” festival, Irina Zenovka, spoke about the specifics of the production:<blockquote>"It was very interesting. There was a very creative atmosphere, simply extraordinary. We put together a team — a Dream Team. I’m so happy to be working with everyone and I’m getting a lot of pleasure."</blockquote>Irina Borisovna shared her impressions of the three eventful days of rehearsals:<blockquote>"It should be a super show. We'll be demonstrating the art of rhythmic gymnastics. There's a huge amount of work ahead. We've just had a test run, so to speak. We've tried different props, unusual for gymnasts, and with apparatuses used in rhythmic gymnastics. Combining all of this, synthesizing, combining — I'm simply overwhelmed by the emotions. And right now, we've just finished rehearsal, I'm still trying to get my bearings. But there's still so much work to be done."</blockquote>

"It should be a super show." Irina Zenovka said about the preparations for the 2026 Alina Festival

Alexander Mogilev noted the high level of the performers in the performance and spoke about the main task when working with such a large number of gymnasts:&nbsp;<blockquote>"We are rehearsing a performance in which, it seems to me, the best of the best gymnasts are participating. Each of them is truly a star. A star in the good sense of the word, because what they do both with and without equipment is something incredible. But perhaps the nuance is that we need to bring them together into a single whole, and even those who perform individually must dance as part of the group.” And my task, again, is not to lose that individuality, and at the same time to make sure that at some point it’s synchronized, and at the same time to show and reveal the full potential of the girls, each of them. And I have, for example, 15 or 14, or 13, or 10 of them in one of the episodes. And all 10 of them are incredible."</blockquote>The choreographer spoke about the internal drama of the performance:&nbsp;<blockquote>"Probably, the nuance lies in the fact that this is a large‑scale performance with an internal plot. And that’s what makes it special&nbsp;—&nbsp;each detail is part of a larger whole."</blockquote>

"What they can do, both with and without apparatus, is incredible!" Choreographer Alexander Mogilev spoke about the rehearsals for the 2026 Alina Festival

The group gymnasts from the Moscow national team, Alisa Medvedeva and Arina Tkachuk, spoke about their preparations for the “Alina”‑2026 festival, working with choreographers, and the unusual choreography for them.&nbsp;The group members admitted that participating in such a project is a new and interesting experience for them:&nbsp;<blockquote>"The atmosphere is like one big family that hasn’t seen each other in a long time. It’s very friendly, everything is clear. It’s a great honour for us to work with such people. We’re very happy and we’re trying our best, getting into the work. And we adapt quickly and do what is required of us. I think this is very interesting, because we’ve never participated in anything like this before. This is something new for us. We hope it will be grand, excellent, and very beautiful. And, so to speak, it will leave a lasting impression."</blockquote>Alisa Medvedeva specifically mentioned working with the director, Alexander Mogilev, and the new knowledge that can already be applied not only at the festival but also in exercises:<blockquote>"The rehearsals are going according to plan; we’re training a lot. It’s a really cool idea. You can already feel the scale. It’s such a big show, and we’re trying to put all our strength into it, everything we can. There are a lot of details. I’m a huge fan of Alexander Mogilev. It’s a great honor for me to work with him. He actually tells us a lot of very useful and important things that are interesting&nbsp;—&nbsp;things that will come in handy not only for the show but also for our exercises. I’m trying to absorb as much as possible from what he says; it’s very interesting. I hope it will be a really cool concert and a very vibrant performance. We’ve never done anything like this before, and I hope it turns out really great."</blockquote>Arina Tkachuk said that the gymnasts have to master unusual movements, work with a dancer, and learn to convey their characters:&nbsp;<blockquote>"We’re working with a dancer. The choreography is a bit unusual for us. Sometimes it’s really hard for us. We’re trying our best, and we want to make sure we deliver on the director’s vision. It seems to me that we’re at the beginning of the journey, and we’ll do our best to make everything work out. I hope it will be interesting from an artistic perspective. It’s this kind of dance‑based theme, with these broken movements, a mix of styles. I hope that everything will work out for us and that each of us will be able to convey our images to the fullest, to the maximum, to 200 percent."</blockquote>

Chief Judge of the Russian Peoples' Spartakiad in Yekaterinburg, Evgeniya Gertsikova, summed up the tournament results and appreciated the work of the judiciary:&nbsp;<blockquote>"Overall, regarding the officiating at this competition, I believe the judges handled their duties professionally. And I think we succeeded in identifying the best competitors. It is a major competition, so I imagine all the gymnasts prepared very seriously. What made the event particularly memorable was the suspense surrounding the podium, especially in the group exercises, where the outcome remained uncertain right up to the very end."</blockquote>She also noted the high level of competition in the individual program and the impressive performances of the gymnasts:&nbsp;<blockquote>"All the girls put up a strong fight to earn high scores. The routines were quite interesting; some handled them well, while others struggled a bit. But overall, I think the audience will remember the impressive performances of our gymnasts."</blockquote>
