Alina Kabaeva and Academy coaches help Arina Kovshova perfect her hoop fouetté technique

During a workout in Novogorsk, Olympic champion Alina Kabaeva, along with coaches Elizaveta Chernova and Olga Minigalina, and choreographer Ekaterina Belova, helped Arina Kovshova from the Novosibirsk Region perfect her hoop fouetté technique. They paid special attention to the correct entry into the element, body posture, and hand and wrist work.
Arina is a Russian champion and a World Cup stage medalist. She is a member of the main national team lineup, lives and trains at the Alina Kabaeva Sky Grace Rhythmic Gymnastics Academy.
