A training camp will be held at the Alina Kabaeva Sky Grace Rhythmic Gymnastics Academy, June 2-9.
They will be held under the guidance of Academy specialists: Irina Dzyuba, Marina Shpecht, Anna Ustsova, Zlata Tulubayeva, Olga Frolova, Olesya Kovaleva, Evgenia Eliseeva, Olga Prut-Struchkova, Elizaveta Chernova, Ekaterina Belova, Elena Egorova, as well as sports psychologist Irina Kozyr.
The staff working at the training camp will include Alla Dukhova’s TODES ballet specialist and a specialist from the I. Vaganova Russian Ballet Academy.
Gymnasts who are students of regional children's athletic schools and clubs born in 2017 and older are allowed to participate.
The training program includes two three-hour training sessions a day, which consist of choreography, special and general physical training, object and dance training, working out and adjusting programs, as well as psychological training and conversations and visits to the pool.
Dates:
June 2 – arrival day
June 3-8 – training days (2 training sessions)
June 9 – training day (1 training session, departure after 14:00)
