From small-town coach to a judge at major competitions — here is the story of Olga Minigalina’s professional journey

Olga Minigalina now serves regularly on the judging panels of the most prestigious international events, including World Cups, the European Cup, Grand Prix competitions, and the European Championships. Yet, her career in gymnastics began in Vyborg, a city with a population of less than 100,000 people.
She began her development as a judge at the Alina Kabaeva Sky Grace Rhythmic Gymnastics Academy, where she was invited in 2024. It is there that she gained opportunities for active growth and the conditions to develop at the highest level.
Her experience at international competitions also helps her in working with the Academy’s athletes and refining their routines.
