Participants in the second stage of the group exercise gymnasts’ selection in the Academy are practicing not only in halls for workouts and choreography but also in the dancing class. Alesya Makh, the teacher and the director of the Alla Dukhova TODES Adler Studio-School, explained to us the importance of dance classes for modern gymnasts.
