Gymnastics for the little ones. Routine for coordination development

19 July

Good coordination is the foundation for performing complicated gymnastics elements. Academy coach Elizaveta Zorkina and preschooler Alina Chipizubova, a free early development group member, demonstrate a routine for coordination development in the new episode of the Gymnastics for the Littlest Ones series.

You'll need a tennis ball to perform the exercises.
