Working on emotions with Alina Kabaeva at the Academy training

Take a look at how 1996 European Champion Anna Ustsova greets athletes from different cities.

The Olympic champion greeted the participants in the creative process that has taken shape at the Academy in recent days and thanked the choreographers for their work with our gymnasts.

At the Russian Cup, we spoke with Milana Fedulkina and Maria Dmitrieva from Moscow, as well as Alina Galochkina from Vladimir.

Ruslana Varlakova and Alina Chipizubova, along with the 2018 girls' competition winner, Miss Grace Polina Pakhomova, unboxed the gifts especially for our subscribers.

The gymnast competed in the 2020 group and won the title of Miss Grace. The young athlete shared if she enjoys training, who helped her prepare for the competition, and who supported her before her performances.

The Academy's gymnasts, along with the participants in the group exercises team tryouts, attended a holiday decoration making workshop and wrote and sent letters to Father Frost.

Ksenia Savinova from Gatchina and Yana Zaikina from Volgograd, inspired by the choreographed routines, decided to create their own routine.

During class, the gymnast performed a Kabaeva turn and a high throw return, surprising her coaches.

After the mAlinka tournament, we spoke with Yesenia Mitkova's parents, Dmitry and Lyubov, about their assessment of their daughter's progress. Ruslana Varlakova's mother, Ksenia, also shared her impressions of the competition and thanked the entire Academy coaching staff.

Group exercise gymnasts answer! We asked teams from Nizhny Novgorod, Tula Region, Omsk Region, Moscow, Krasnoyarsk Territory, Volgograd Region, Kemerovo Region and St. Petersburg to name a gymnast that can be described in one word at the Russian Cup.
