Olympic champion Alina Kabaeva supports Karolina Tarasova at the the 1st stage of the Cup of the Strongest

As part of the 5th Judo Family festival, the Martial Arts Academy hosted a master class with two-time Russian champion and multiple Grand Slam World Series medalist Elis Startseva.

What images do the gymnasts convey in their routines? How did they prepare for the competition? Who do they like among the other competitors? Find out in our new video! Silver medalist in group exercises at the 3rd CIS Games Maria Ermoshkina, Daria Strizhan, Sofia Bravaya, Kamilla Baranova and Maria Lyashkevich from Belarus shared their emotions from the performance at the international contest.

The results were immediate! The coaches noted the gymnast's progress, especially after Karolina brilliantly executed a fouetté. And Olympic champion Alina Kabaeva helped the athlete perfect her dance routine.

The Association gave the quota to five countries: Russia, Belarus, Uzbekistan, Kazakhstan, and Cuba.
