Alina Kabaeva shows Eva Kononova the technique of ball rolling
22.03.2026. How do you achieve a smooth transition between rolls? And how do you perform them so they count? Olympic champion Alina Kabaeva helped the gymnast from the Tyumen Region find the answers to these questions by demonstrating the technique.
Together with Irina Zenovka, choreographer of the Alina Festival, and Academy coaches Evgeniya Eliseeva and Olga Minigalina, they perfected Eva's performance during a training session in Novogorsk.
The training took place ahead of the Alina Kabaeva Grand Prix Champions Cup, where Eva won.
