The results of the all-around international Gracia Kupa competition in Budapest among juniors have been determined.In the category born in 2011, the winner in four events was Ksenia Savinova. Ksenia prepared for the start at the Alina Kabaeva Sky Grace Rhythmic Gymnastics Academy under the guidance of coach Evgeniya Eliseeva and choreographer Elena Egorova.Another Sky Grace International Association gymnast Elizaveta Geraskina won a silver medal. Her coaches are Evgeniya Eliseeva and Elizaveta Chernova, and her choreographer is Elena Egorova.The third place went to a gymnast from the UKS Irina Warsaw club Magdalena Borovska.Sofia Ilteriakova became the all-around champion among gymnasts born in 2010. Her coaches are Natalia Glemba and Ekaterina Sergeeva.The second place went to another of Sky Grace gymnasts, Karolina Tarasova. Graduates of early development groups Anastasia Dieva and Polina Pakhomova received the opportunity to keep studying at the Academy under the guidance of coach Ekaterina Lots.The specialist told how the selection process took place:<blockquote>"I have two girls studying with me, Nastia Dieva and Polina Pakhomova, born in 2018. They graduated in June and were then invited for the selection. They were reviewed again and have already been selected for training and education at the Academy. The girls had a pretty tough selection to this group. Morphotypical data were evaluated; flexibility, stretching, artistry, emotional qualities, and patience were also considered."</blockquote>She shared what work is currently being done in training with young athletes:<blockquote>"At the moment we are improving general physical background, doing a lot of stretching, completing a variety of preparations for jumps, and learning new and difficult elements. Girls also go to choreographic studies. In October, we are planning a competition where we want to perform and show that time the exercises we have prepared. My emphasis is on legs, clean feet, clean knees and hands. Next we have the back muscles, the cortical muscles go so that the gymnast can prepare and be able to perform the elements in the future. The basic ones go first. We start from from the simplest things and go gradually, slowly to the difficult ones."</blockquote>

The gymnasts from India shared their impressions of the training camp at the Alina Kabaeva Sky Grace Rhythmic Gymnastics Academy.Kimaya Karle talked about the goals she wants to achieve during training in Sirius:<blockquote>"The biggest thing that motivated me to come was the very high standards set by not only Alina Kabaeva, but also by all the Russian gymnasts on the world stage. So, my first impressions of this Academy is that they’ve always prioritized the athlete, it has everything that the gymnast needs under one roof. I really hope to achieve a lot of things in rhythmic gymnastics by observing here the other gymnasts, by learning from the coaches’ techniques. I want to become the best version of myself in the period that we are here, so that I can really explore my best potential."</blockquote>Arya Nitesh Kadam explains why she enjoys working with Russian coaches:<blockquote>"My experience with the Russian coaches is very amazing. They focus on every small details. For example the ballet teacher teaches us ballet and how to apply that in our routines. And different elements. Things I have learned so far is how to present my body on the carpet and how to work with my body. As every gymnast’s body is different and the technique therefore applies different. So I learn how to work with my body properly and how to balance everything."</blockquote>Avani Nitesh Kadam noted the peculiarities of training at Sirius and the Academy's specialists:<blockquote>"Here almost the whole day we are training and we have the chance to improve a lot. The Russian coaches have their techniques, which are new to me, and I have learned how to perform gracefully and will remember here.
