Academy teacher Natalia Lobko talked about the first day of classes for preschoolers
Natalia Lobko, teacher at the Alina Kabaeva Sky Grace Rhythmic Gymnastics Academy, talked about the start of classes for preschoolers from free early development groups. On the first day of school, a game was prepared for the little gymnasts.
"We couldn’t wait to see our girls. They also really missed our classes. And we prepared an exciting quest for the kids, for which we created unusual characters. These are the so-called cheerful, mischievous pencils. Each pencil prepared exciting tasks for our girls in both Russian and English," she said.
According to Natalia Lobko, the tasks in the game were very different.
"At one station, the girls had to guess riddles based on fairy tales, that is, these were fairy tales from the previous year that we read with them. At another station, the girls sang an English song, danced, and did some movements. At the next station, there was an active game, and the children had to get a bag into a small space. Then the girls had to build a big tower. And when they completed all the tasks, they received a set of felt-tip pens and pencils from the pencils to make a beautiful drawing. The children did a great job with all the tasks, they really enjoyed it. We congratulate everyone on the new school year," she said.
The free early development groups are operating at the Academy for the second year in row.. The selection process is currently ongoing. Screenings will be held every Thursday at 5 pm.
Children ages 3.5 through 6 years can take part in the selection. The training program includes rhythmic gymnastics, choreography, and a creative workshop for comprehensive development. Classes are partly held in English.
