Regulations for holding a rhythmic gymnastics training camp from April 3 to 11

2. Purpose and objectives of training camp
- Popularization and development of rhythmic gymnastics;
- Development of rhythmic gymnastics in regions;
- Increasing the level of sports skills;
- Improvement of general and special physical conditioning.

Teams arrive together with coaches. One coach is permitted for each team.
4. Participants of training camp
Gymnasts who represent regional children’s and youth sports schools and clubs can participate.
Age of participants: gymnasts born in 2015 and older.
5. Training camp program
- Choreography classes;
- Special physical training;
- Apparatus manipulation;
- General Physical Preparation (GPP);
- Training and adjustment of routines;
- Dance training;
- Swimming;
Full training schedule will be provided upon arrival on April 3.
6. Documents necessary to participate in training camp
- Birth certificate or passport;
- Copy of medical insurance policy (Obligatory medical insurance policy);
- Accident insurance policy;
- Doctor’s permission to practice rhythmic gymnastics;
- Medical certificate for swimming pool;
- Consent for hotel stay.
