Teams arrive together with coaches. One coach is permitted for each team
4. Participants of training camp
Gymnasts who represent regional children’s and youth sports schools and clubs can participate.
Age of participants: gymnasts born in 2013 and older.
5. Training camp program
two 3-hour training sessions per day which include
Choreography classes;
Special physical training;
Apparatus manipulation;
General Physical Preparation (GPP);
Dance training;
Training and adjustment of routines;
Additionally: creation of routines, individual training (optionally)
Swimming
Full training schedule will be provided upon arrival on March 12
6. Cost of participation
6,500 rub per day for each participant (training program, accommodation and meals are included in the price)
7. Documents necessary to participate in training camp
- Birth certificate or passport;
- Copy of medical insurance policy (Obligatory medical insurance policy);
- Accident insurance policy;
- Doctor’s permission to practice rhythmic gymnastics;
- Medical certificate for swimming pool;
- Consent for hotel stay
