Coach at the Alina Kabaeva Sky Grace Rhythmic Gymnastics Academy, bronze medalist of the 1996 Olympics Irina Dzyuba summed up the results of the final assessment training session and wished the gymnasts good luck before the international tournament Crystal Rose.
"I personally wish you the best of luck. So that you try to show your best run throughs! And for something to work out for you," she said.
The coach also told young athletes in detail what they need to keep an eye on before and during the performances at Minsk competitions.
"The first thing you need to have is faith that it will work out. You need to believe in it! No matter how your thoughts or the excitement knock you down, nothing can knock you down. You are a train, a locomotive! Next, you need to be in a good mood! To be all wound up and ready to go. The kind of mood that brings you into the hall with a smile, to start the warm up with a smile. And third, to control your hands and your objects. Then, everything will work out for sure."
The international Crystal Rose competition, where the gymnasts will represent the Academy, will be held in Minsk August 4-6.
