January 27 marked 81 years since the complete liberation of Leningrad from the Nazi siege.

The siege lasted 872 days and became one of the most tragic pages in the great history of our country.

Despite hunger and constant bombing, the city's residents demonstrated fortitude, courage and bravery for many months. This tragedy became a test for millions of people and changed the fate of many families.

We will always remember the feat of our ancestors. The memory of the heroes of the Great Patriotic War lives in our hearts and will be passed onto future generations.
