
The following excerpt from the rules of the International Sky Grace Rhythmic Gymnastics Clubs Association is dedicated to the fouette balance.
It is also often called an Italian fouette, and visually it is different from the turn by the same name. The main criteria for its execution:

Fouette balance is one balance Difficulty, which consists of:
- a minimum 3 same or different shapes performed in releve with heel support between each shape
- each shape must be showed with a clear accent and amplitude
- with or without the help of the hands
And the video shows an example of the right balance performance from the winner of the Sky Grace Grand Prix and the BRICS Games as part of the International Sky Grace Rhythmic Gymnastics Clubs Association team Victoria Bespalova. We specifically stopped the video at the moments where it is important to see the different shapes.
