The following excerpt from the rules of the International Sky Grace Rhythmic Gymnastics Clubs Association is devoted to the performance of the tour.

4.2.2 

Tour lent Difficulty of balance starts from clearly fixed shape.

Depending on the performance option - on a full foot or on a half-toe, 180 or 360 degrees, without the help of hands or with the torso tilted back - the gymnast can receive a different number of points. 

The video shows an example of a 0.30 point bonus for performing a full-foot turn. 

By the way, a gymnast can receive the maximum bonus - a full point - when performing a tour lent on a full foot in the form of a front split with the torso tilted back 360 degrees!
