The following excerpt from the International Sky Grace Rhythmic Gymnastics Clubs Association rules is dedicated to the fouette rotation.
This element can be used as the first or second part of a combined difficulty.
2.5.14.3
Fouette rotation difficulty can be performed as first and/or second part of combined Difficulty.
It can be performed as part of rotation + rotation (with heel support and plie or with change of support) combined Difficulty.
The video shows an example of a rotation + rotation combination: a fouette turn with a leg in a horizontal position (0.60 points) turns into a turn into a ring with help (0.30 points). The cost of the combination is 0.90 points.
Thus, the gymnast performs a combined turn on a relevé with a change of support.
