Olga Peresypkina from the Zabaikalsky Krai is a top-category coach and teacher with 18 years of experience. She works at the Municipal Additional Education Institution “Children's and Youth Sports School” in the village of Aginskoye.
She told how her experience as a judge has helped her in her work, and also noted the value of the International Sky Grace Rhythmic Gymnastics Clubs Association rules.
"The Association rules are very helpful, including in coaching. When practicing elements, you can teach a child to perform them clearly. Also, these rules have elements that we consider to be unusual, but that’s not the case in the Russian rules."
