Children come from different cities, with different dance development. We divide them by age and level. In such a short period of time, it seems, only 12-13 days, they gain colossal experience and come home with a lot of dance experience," Denis said.</blockquote>He also shared his impressions of the Martial Arts Academy.<blockquote>"The conditions here are very luxurious. They feed us very well, breakfast, lunch and dinner. So hard to choose, so much healthy food. Unbelievably beautiful conditions, beautiful rooms," he said.</blockquote>

Senior coach of the Russian national team Marina Govorova&nbsp;conducts&nbsp;apparatus&nbsp;training for the gymnast during the recovery training camp at the Academy.&nbsp;The&nbsp;professional&nbsp;explained&nbsp;for&nbsp;what&nbsp;such training camp is needed:<blockquote>"Let's start with the fact that we had a big competition season. The&nbsp;lineup of the Russian national team was determined after the Russian championship and junior championship. And in May-June, a number of major competitions were held: two stages of the all-Russian international Cup of the Strongest tournaments, in which all these gymnasts took part. And so, everything is going according to plan, that after a big block of competitions we have a recovery camp, which we hold in a wonderful place, in the best conditions."&nbsp;</blockquote>She&nbsp;also&nbsp;noted&nbsp;where&nbsp;the&nbsp;emphasis&nbsp;is&nbsp;placed&nbsp;in the program:&nbsp;<blockquote>"There is an opportunity now, during this period, to pay great attention to general physical, special physical training, to work on apparatus training, to take a break from our competitive programs. We always have something to work on. Excellent dance and flexibility classes are held here.&nbsp;Almost all the gymnasts came with their coaches, we have a lot of great coaches;Honored Coach Vera Shtelbaums. We also have Dmitry Stepanchikov, he is also our dance choreographer. He is here, he teaches great classes. The girls are relaxed, they dance, they will use this in their programs. I didn't manage to show the routine with the ball in the final. But the most important thing is that I was able to pull myself together for the other three events and do them even better than in the all-around. So, overall, I'm happy,” she said.</blockquote>The athlete also noted after which competition she began to make progress.<blockquote>“Probably, it was the Grand Prix, when the International Sky Grace Rhythmic Gymnastics Clubs Association gave me the opportunity to perform. I'm glad that it was my contribution that helped the team win the all-around,” Angelina said.</blockquote>Angelina also shared her plans for the summer.<blockquote>“There will be a break from training, but we will devote this time to admission, since I took exams and now I will have time to choose the university I want to go to and submit an application, documents,” Angelina said.</blockquote>In case of equal number of points in the team championship, the winner was determined by the second best result among the individuals from St. Petersburg and Nizhny Novgorod, so Angelina helped the team win gold medals.Earlier, at the Alina Kabaeva Grand Prix Champions Cup, the gymnast performed as part of the International Sky Grace Rhythmic Gymnastics Clubs Association.

I have a very stylish choreography in clubs, also with an interesting meaning. It has a very interesting Art Nouveau look. I always do this exercise with all my heart, and it is my favorite. I have a shamanic image in my feed. This is a new exercise. We've only recently changed it, but I really like it too."</blockquote>The gymnast talked about her future plans and how she likes the new rules:<blockquote>"These are definitely my favorite rules in my entire career, because I am a very artistic, emotional person, and I really like to express my feelings on the carpet, to show it to the audience. After these competitions, I have a graduation at school, then I immediately fly to the training camp in Sochi, at the Sky Grace. It is very interesting for me to train there, because the conditions there are incredible and everything is given to improve my results.
