The Russian national judo team won two gold and four silver medals at the Grand Slam in Abu Dhabi.
This competition was our team's first in a long time under the national flag.
Ayub Bliev won in the men's 60 kg category championship. Murad Chopanov won silver in the 66 kg category. Abdul-Kerim Tasuev also won silver in the 81 kg category. Arman Adamyan won gold in the 100 kg category, while Idar Bifov took second place. Tamerlan Bashaev took second place in the over 100 kg category.
The team prepared for the competition at the Martial Arts Academy in Sirius.
