Veronika Malinina, the Academy student from St. Petersburg, told what she remembered from the Our Future training camp in Novogorsk:<blockquote>"I really liked the training camp. We had dancing in the morning, then choreography. General physical training in the afternoon, then training. And I learned a lot of new things. We worked on the program, worked on risks and on artistry. These control training sessions are very useful. They give us comments, mention mistakes that need to be corrected, and which ones need to be worked on in the program. We danced different dances. Sometimes slow, sometimes fast, cheerful. Dancing helps to feel the music better, because now there are dynamic changes, this is very important in the program."</blockquote>The athlete thanked Anna Dyachenko for inviting and organizing the training process:<blockquote>"I thank Anna Dyachenko for inviting us to this camp, for giving us the opportunity to participate in it, for organizing this camp. And for giving a lot of new advice that I will use."</blockquote>

Russian national team senior coach Anna Dyachenko summed up the results of the Our Future training camp:<blockquote>"The training camp was held under the motto "How I spent my summer." I was very interested to see how the girls and their personal trainers worked to fix the comments we made at previous training camps, how they rested, how they grew, what new interesting programs they put together."</blockquote>The specialist also told about the training program in Novogorsk:<blockquote>"There was work directly at the training camp, such as dance training with Dmitry Stepanchikov, choreography training with Sofia Tomilina. I watched the program with the girls, with personal trainers, made some adjustments. Well, and most importantly, the crown of the training camp is a control training session under the guidance of the head coach. There will also be judges, represented by the Russian referee core."</blockquote>In addition, the coach assessed the progress of the Academy gymnast Veronica Malinina:<blockquote>"The progress is obvious. I have already noted the difficulty of the program. The tempo is very high, and Veronika copes with it. I will note how much more open Veronica has become. Tatyana Ryupina, the senior methodologist of the Talent and Success educational foundation spoke about the plans for this year, told what&nbsp;<blockquote>"The main task as for the teachers supporting future champions, future medalists is to form and maintain interest exactly in rhythmic gymnastics. That's why we took such an unorthodox path. We keep kids motivated by different playing formats, by the characters we use. It is the project activity for the senior children. In this year we have such gaming activities a little bit with the focus on the content of rhythmic gymnastics exactly. We start with senior kids with the project dedicated to the history of rhythmic gymnastics", the specialist noted.&nbsp;</blockquote>Tatyana also shared details about how the Academy space has changed for working with young gymnasts:<blockquote>"This year we worked with our space. We transformed it a little, because the tasks remain the same, but since the children have been studying with us for 3 years, in order to maintain their interest in our group, we changed the space a little. We now have separate centers for creativity and design, a speech center, where we have allocated separate theatrical performance. This is is something that we want to emphasize this year. A center for logic and mathematics, and traditionally we have an English language center."</blockquote>The senior methodologist also shared in an interview why this zoning is needed and what purpose is:<blockquote>"We’ve set up zones, so that children can engage in an activity without being distracted. We always have a moment when children choose the center or an activity that interests them today."</blockquote>

The Russian Judo Team wins medals at the European Junior Championships for under 21.Among men in the 100 kg and over category, Bislan Katamardov won the gold medal. And Akhmed Turluev became the bronze medalist in the 81 kg category.In the 70 kg category among women, Eva Ogniva took third place. We have been training for the second year, we go to gymnastics. We also passed the selection process. And following the example of the older daughter, since we are almost 3 years old, we went and tried to go to the selection with the younger one."</blockquote>Natalia Mzokova, Tamara's mother, noted that she too was once involved in this sport:<blockquote>"My daughter is three and a half years old. And she is already a big fan of gymnastics. I also did gymnastics as a child and watched Alina Kabaeva's professional career at the same time, so I am a big fan of rhythmic gymnastics.
