Russian Champion Arina Kovshova from the Novosibirsk Region and Tashkent World Cup champion Mariia Borisova from St. Petersburg competed in the cross country battles at the European Cup.
In the stands, our gymnasts were cheered not only by their fans but also by Olympic champion Alina Kabaeva.
At the tournament in Baku, Arina won the ball final and took silver in the hoop event. Masha won the gold medal with ribbon.
The gymnasts are members of the Russian National team and live, study and train at the Alina Kabaeva Sky Grace Rhythmic Gymnastics Academy.
They competed under neutral status at the European Cup.
