Sasha Borisova's performance with a ball at the St. Petersburg Championship

During performances, it's important to maintain concentration until the end of a routine and complete all elements. This is exactly what Evgeniya Eliseeva reminded Ksenia Savinova from Gatchina about during a training session in Novogorsk ahead of the Cup of the Strongest final.

Thanks to a broadcast from the Academy, coaches Evgeniya Eliseeva and Olga Minigalina prepared Ksenia Savinova and Karolina Tarasova in Novogorsk for the Strongest Cup final, while supervising Malika Timurshina and Eva Kononova's training in Sirius.

Gymnasts know that winning competitions requires hard work. Karolina Tarasova and Mariia Borisova, along with coaches Evgeniya Eliseeva and Irina Gusarova, are reviewing parts of their routines and preparing for the Cup of the Strongest final!

We attended a rehearsal of the program that was seen by viewers of the Big and Small dance project. We also learned from Academy students Anna Vakulenko from Volgograd and Liya Rodionova from St. Petersburg about preparing the routine!

The episode is dedicated to pop and sport dance.

Anna Ustsova told the group exercise gymnasts of the Academy about that. The professional also helped to practice the dance steps on the verge of the finals of the Cup of the Strongest international tournament!

At the AEON Cup World Club Championships in Japan, we spoke with US national team coach Evgenyia Tkachenko and her student Rin Keys about their impressions of competing alongside our gymnasts at the same tournament.

In preparation for the Cup of the Strongest final Karolina Tarasova attended classes in Novogorsk led by Russian national team choreographer Kirill Barkan. Take a look at the barre exercises the gymnast performed!

Gymnasts Ruslana Varlakova, Alina Chipizubova, and Virsaviya Panova won the Miss Grace title at the competition for preschoolers from the Academy's free early development groups. Alisa Razumnaya became Miss Artistry, Maria Omysheva won Miss Joy and Margarita Nemova was awarede the Miss Charm title. 

This advice was given to Mariia Borisova from St. Petersburg by the Olympic champion during the preparation for the AEON Cup world club championship.

It is at these competitions that our little athletes from the free early development groups can show what they have learned during training sessions. By the way, the senior students of the Academy also performed for the spectators and participants with demonstration routines.

The gymnast won silver in the team competition and placed fifth in the all-around qualification. This is Ulyana's first competition under the auspices of the FIG, and we know she has a lot of great things ahead of her!
