Alina Kabaeva helps Karolina Tarasova set priorities during the BRICS Games in Kazan

The International Sky Grace Rhythmic Gymnastics Clubs Association was represented in Playa de Aro by Karolina Tarasova, as well as Yana Zaikina and Anna Vakulenko from Volgograd.

Academy graduate Karolina Tarasova won first place in the all-around at the international Winter Queen Cup competition in Spain, as well as two more golds (hoop, clubs) and two silvers (ball, ribbon).

Under the guidance of teacher Anna Pukhova, young athletes learn to hear music and work on their sense of rhythm.

Karolina Tarasova and Yana Zaikina represent the Sky Grace International Clubs Association among juniors. Anna Vakulenko performs under the seniors program.

Alisa Churilova from Sochi, Nikole Turbina from Kazan, Ela Deniz Asil, Neslişah Özcan and Mevsim Kazankaya from Türkiye and Elena Makhumedyanova from Alushta told us about the elements they learned during workouts in the Alina Kabaeva Sky Grace Rhythmic Gymnastics Academy.

The International Sky Grace Rhythmic Gymnastics Clubs Association covers all of the expenses for the flight, accommodations, food and gymnasts’ participation.

The new episode of the weekly Match TV program was the group exercises team of the Alina Kabaeva Sky Grace Rhythmic Gymnastics Academy.

After the class, the Academy coach Ekaterina Lots tells what exercises are included in the general physical training program and how they will help the gymnasts during the competition season.

The coach explains what exercises the gymnasts perform before the main training and how the load is selected for athletes of different levels.

Training sessions for students and training camp participants are underway in various halls and on all mats in the Alina Kabaeva Sky Grace Rhythmic Gymnastics Academy.

The shoulder joint is one of the most mobile in our body and it is therefore very vulnerable to dislocations.

The camp will run until January 26. For young athletes from Russian and Turkish different cities, classes have been prepared with the Academy coaches, as well as Alesya Mach, teacher at Alla Dukhova's TODES Adler school-studio.

Our juniors Anna Vakulenko and Yana Zaikina from Volgograd practiced the ribbon and hoop programs under guidance of two-time Olympic champion Evgenia Kanaeva.

The training camp was organized by the founders of the Alina Kabaeva Sky Grace Rhythmic Gymnastics Academy.
