Participants of the Alina-2025 festival talk about the festival at the Martial Arts Academy

Academy champion Diana Sobyanina shared her assessment of her performance at this competition and highlighted her most difficult routine.

On the first day of the Russian Junior Championship, Academy gymnasts Diana Kotlovskaya, Evelina Tandalova, Veronika Malinina, and Liya Rodionova performed their hoop and ball routines.

Athletes and coaches at at the Russian junior championship watched Mariia Borisova performing with clubs.

The program was created by Alina Festival choreographer Natalia Belugina, and Olympic champion Alina Kabaeva and coaches Evgeniya Eliseeva and Olga Minigalina helped refine the key details.

While in Tashkent for the World Cup stage, the coach helped Evelina Tandalova from the Tyumen Region and Diana Kotlovskaya from St. Petersburg prepare.

Now-a-days, we're closely following not only the World Cup stage in Tashkent, but also the Russian Junior Championship among first-category gymnasts in St. Petersburg.

Eva Kononova and Mariia Borisova held their first training sessions in Uzbekistan before the start of the World Cup stage, and Olympic champion Alina Kabaeva, along with coaches Evgeniya Eliseeva, Olga Minigalina, and Irina Gusarova, helped them practice elements and risks.

The program was choreographed by Natalia Belugina, a choreographer for the Alina festival. Olympic champion Alina Kabaeva and coaches Evgeniya Eliseeva and Olga Minigalina helped the gymnast refine the routine ahead of the competition.

During training, Olympic champion Alina Kabaeva and Academy coach Anna Ustsova helped the gymnasts analyze every detail of the lift and the transition to the next part of the five-ball routine.

An assessment training session is an opportunity for Academy pre-juniors to finally check their routines before the Russian junior championship. It is also a chance for the youngest gymnasts from free early development groups to watch how the senior athletes are working and become inspired by their example.
