"Alina. Novogorsk". Episode 7

09 November 2025

Advice from Olympic champion Alina Kabaeva for young athletes, their parents, and coaches!

In the new episode of the "Alina. Novogorsk" series, the Olympic champion shares her thoughts on how to help a child in sports, how to maintain their self-confidence, and how gymnasts themselves should overcome challenges on the path to their goals.

Irina Sushcheva, a nurse at the Novogorsk Training Center, and Olympic speed skating champion Svetlana Zhurova, for whom sport has become an integral part of their lives, also shared their opinions on the development of athletes.

Today, the Academy places special emphasis on an individual approach to each student. Coaches, specialists, and Alina Kabaeva herself help the girls realize their potential, teach them to work on themselves, and believe in themselves. After all, that's how you can raise future champions.
