Iana initially practiced rhythmic studies, then aesthetic group gymnastics, and only in 2017 tried her hand in rhythmic gymnastics.
The athlete is training at the Alina Kabaeva Sky Grace Rhythmic Gymnastics Academy since May 2025. She trained in Moscow earlier under the guidance of Honored Coaches of Russia Vera Shatalina and Ekaterina Pankova.
In July 2025, the gymnast was awarded the title of the Master of Sports of Russia.
The athlete participated in TV broadcasts twice: she performed in the junior age in the Blue Bird contest of children’s talents, and has just recently took part in the Big and Small choreographic TV contest together with Academy students.
