The tournament was held in Moscow from August 18 to 23.

The tournament awarded medals in individual and group championships in the all-around and individual events for juniors and seniors, and also determined the strongest team. Among the competitors from Belarus were Alina Harnasko, Anastasia Salos, Kira Babkevich and others.
