
Omsk will host the EVGENIYA CUP on April 28-30. The second International Rhythmic Gymnastics Tournament is named to honor the two-time Olympic champion Evgenia Kanaeva, who is an Omsk native.
Gymnasts from Belarus, Kyrgyzstan, Uzbekistan, Kazakhstan, Armenia, Cuba and 13 Russian regions will take part in the competition.
The tournament will take place at the Rhythmic Gymnastics Palace and the athletes will perform in individual and group all-around events according to international and Russian rules, on April 28 and 29.
The finals in individual all-around events will be held on April 30 at the G-Drive Arena. After the competitive part is over, the audience will be treated to a large-scale gala show, full of performances from tournament participants and rhythmic gymnastics stars.
