During preparation for the international Crystal Rose tournament, we learned from Polina Semenova from Ryazan about the training plan and classes under the guidance of Ekaterina Lots:<blockquote>"I am nervous, because we just finished the recovery camp. And now we need to do a lot of work to show ourselves at our best at the competition. For now, we have a task with Ekaterina Lots two clean ones, the first and second parts. Ekaterina helps me, changes something, makes me look better, so that I show myself in a new form in the new season."</blockquote>In addition, the athlete noted the advice of Olympic champion Alina Kabaeva, which helps her improve the element execution:<blockquote>"Alina Kabaeva told me to improve the fouette, also on the risks, to put a high half-toe on the turn and make the elements more expensive. Isabella Rojas is a representative of the Cuban national rhythmic gymnastics team. The gymnast has repeatedly attended training camps in Sochi, participated in the Sky Grace Cup international tournament in Doha and in the Alina festivals. The athlete has recently entered the top 10 in the ball and ribbon routines in the all-around at the Pan American Championships in Paraguay.
