Coach Lidiya Gromova and gymnasts from Yaroslavl talked about preparation for the Sky Grace tournament for partners

Gymnasts from Yaroslavl and their coach Lidiya Gromova came to the International Sky Grace Rhythmic Gymnastics Clubs Association tournament for partners.

The girls shared what they pay special attention to when preparing programs according to the International Sky Grace Rhythmic Gymnastics Clubs Association rules.

"Of course, there is excitement at big competitions, but this is not our first time at these competitions, and our program has been more or less worked out, so I think everything will be fine. We mainly focus on artistry, because according to the Sky Grace rules, it is highly valued, as well as technique and elements."

 And Lidiya also noted that during preparation it was interesting to build work with the apparatus. 

"We were very happy that we were invited to these competitions, we didn't think twice, because not only we as coaches want to participate in these competitions, but our children really want to as well. We changed the programs, reviewed everything for both individual and group exercises. And we hope that we succeeded. Here it is more interesting to build the elements, the program itself, and the work with the apparatus itself," she said.
