Alexandra Borisova summed up the results of her performance at the Moscow Championship:<blockquote>"Many things didn't work out, actually. I will learn from these mistakes and strive not to make them in the next competitions. In the hoop I couldn't do more than two there, at the competitions. This time it seems I even managed three. I consider this a small achievement in the hoop, but I need to strive to do it every time, in every run-through, at every training session. I was very happy to see the girls: Sonya Ilteryakova, I really love her, Alisa Medvedeva, Nastya Vlasenko, Karina Kireeva. I love all of them so much and I'm glad that they are here too."</blockquote>She told how she worked on new programs with the hoop and the ball, which were staged by choreographer of the Alina Festival Irina Zenovka:<blockquote>"I have two new programs, the hoop and the ball. I really like them this season. I actually like all my programs in this season. there's also the story that the hoop routine was composed for me on my birthday. And it was made like just with a piece of soul, and the ball was also composed by Irina Borisovna Zenovka. I will work on all these programs that have been composed for me and become better."</blockquote>And she also spoke warmly about the first coach Natalia Stadnikova from the Krylia Sovetov athletic school:<blockquote>"My first coach — I am very grateful to her for turning Sasha, a girl from the street, so to say, into a gymnast, for staying with me there, finishing everything, say, general physical training, and telling me to do everything. From this season, the All-Russian Board of Judges for Rhythmic Gymnastics forms a team of specialists to work at regional competitions.&nbsp;During the Moscow Championship we learned about the role of this innovation from chief judge Natalia Lashchinskaya from St. Petersburg:<blockquote>"This is an innovation we have in the Russian Gymnastics Federation now, that judges from other regions are called in order to make the judging more objective. We currently have three from the Moscow Region, two judges from Kazan, and one from Nizhny Novgorod here."&nbsp;</blockquote>The specialist also shared her impressions of the competition:<blockquote>"Lala Kramarenko is not quite in shape yet, and it's noticeable. She is a very beautiful, a daring gymnast. There are many young gymnasts here, indeed, a real constellation of very good kids. Sasha Borisova didn't do very well with the first two types because they are new. But with the other two types, she scored high and got great results."&nbsp;</blockquote>The Moscow Championship took place from February 1 to 4.

Yana Sakovich, Sofia Vorobyova and Anna Vakulenko are taking part in the championship of the Southern Federal District and Sirius. This tournament is a selection for the Russian championship.&nbsp;The competition takes place at the Sirius Arena from 3 to 8 February.

Gymnasts of the Academy take part in the championship of the Southern Federal District and Sirius

The three winners of the Moscow Championship summed up the results of the competition.Sofia Ilteryakova shared her impressions of winning the all-around at her first major competition among the seniors.<blockquote>"This was my first serious competition in the senior category. There were some difficulties, new elements were added, skills and risks were increased. But, in general, it wasn't all that difficult. Of course, there were mistakes. There's a lot we need to work on. We'll look at our routines to see where things aren't counting. But we still have a whole month before the Russian Championships. We'll work even harder and perform even better."</blockquote>Ekaterina Sazonova, who took the second place, talked about how she performed four fouetté pivots during her clubs performance. She didn't always manage to do this even at workouts!<blockquote>"Not at all. It was probably a fluke. I hope I can do it again next time. But I worked really hard on my fouettés, and it was only in the performance that I managed to do it. I had a wonderful experience, and the support was incredible. I loved the adrenaline rush. Overall, the emotions were very positive with so many competitors."</blockquote>And Maria Dmitrieva, the bronze medalist in the all-around, noted the experience she gained from participating in the tournaments under the quota of the Sky Grace International Association last year.<blockquote>"These competitions gave me new experience. I learned to perform more confidently at these important competitions. Just a little more work, and everything will be great."</blockquote>The Moscow Championship was held from February 1 to February 4.
