At the recovery camp at the Academy, Honored Artist of Russia, choreographer of the national team Vera Arbuzova told how choreography classes are held.<blockquote>"The first week is recovery. They go to the beach in the morning, they do general physical training in the open air, then swimming, sunbathing. And then there is choreography, and then training, dancing for artistic performance. Here with the girls we are slowly getting going, first weight training, and then we have the barre, and only after a week we started jumping the first jumps," the specialist said.</blockquote>She also noted the successes of the gymnasts:&nbsp;<blockquote>"First of all, I see progress.
