The seniors competed in the first events in the all-around at the all-Russian Formula of Victory competition.According to the results of the hoop and ball routines, Eva Kononova from the Tyumen Region holds the interim first position. Alexandra Borisova from Moscow is second and Victoria Bespalova from Ulyanovsk comes in third. Anna Vakulenko of Volgograd, another Academy gymnast, showed the sixth results.

Elizaveta Geraskina from Moscow won gold medal at the interregional Dynamo for the Children of Russia competition in the all-around among gymnasts born in 2011-2012, in the Candidate Master of Sports program.Her coaches are Elizaveta Chernova and Elizaveta Zorkina, and her choreographer is Ekaterina Belova.Second place went to Lyudmila Shibaeva from Barnaul, and third to Anna Ulyanova from Omsk.

The champion of Russian junior championship, Ksenia Savinova, and the silver medalist, Yana Zaikina won the he gold medal in the cross-battle under the junior program.On the way to victory, our gymnasts defeated teams from Azerbaijan, AIN1, and Bulgaria in the finals.&nbsp;We congratulate the girls and their coaches Evgenia Eliseeva and Olga Minigaliina, and choreographer Ekaterina Belova.&nbsp;The athletes are in the national team roster, live and train at the Alina Kabaeva Sky Grace Rhythmic Gymnastics Academy. They compete in the neutral status at the tournament.

Ksenia Savinova and Yana Zaikina won the gold medal in cross-battles at the European Cup in Baku

Arina Kovshova from the Novosibirsk Region, the current champion of Russia, won gold in the ball exercise and became the silver medalist in the hoop exercise according to the seniors program at the European Cup.Her coach is Elizaveta Chernova, and Elena Egorova is the choreographer.The first place in the hoop was taken by Ukrainian Taisiia Onofriichuk, and Daria Verenich competing under the neutral status finished third.Sofia Raffaeli from Italy took silver in the ball. The third result was shown by the champion of the World Cup stage in Tashkent Mariia Borisova, but according to the tournament rules, there can be only one gymnast from one country on the podium, so the bronze medal went to Vera Tugolukova from Cyprus.Our gymnasts are members of the national team roster, live and train at Alina Kabaeva Sky Grace Rhythmic Gymnastics Academy.They compete in the neutral status at the tournament.

Marina Andrienko, the chief judge of the Dynamo for Russia’s Children competition, summarized the tournament in Barnaul:<blockquote>"We've been holding this tournament for 25 years now, Dynamo for the Children of Russia. We have over a thousand participants every year. It's a huge geography, with participants from practically every Russian region. And now, I think, the Alina Kabaeva Sky Grace Rhythmic Gymnastics Academy is coming here for the second or third time. I want to say that many strong gymnasts came this year. They came from St. Petersburg, Moscow, the Moscow region, and Yekaterinburg."</blockquote>The specialist noted the high level of training of the participants:<blockquote>"There were some very strong gymnasts from Surgut, competing in the Master of Sport program. There were also some strong Candidate of Master of Sport candidates. The highlight of our competition, of course, were the gymnasts from the Alina Kabaeva Sky Grace Rhythmic Gymnastics Academy. I've been following them for a long time. Their skill has improved greatly, and their routines are wonderful. Elizaveta Geraskina. We saw each other at the Hopes of Russia competition, and we just saw each other at the Russian Junior Championship. My gymnast performs and competes with her, and I watch them too. I'm really happy they came. Also, Evelina Tandalova, great routines. The gymnasts from Barnaul were strong competitors because we have a good school in Barnaul. So, thanks to us holding these competitions, and the gymnasts seeing the strongest gymnasts in Russia, they get better and better. And I think that's where skill is born and talent is revealed."</blockquote>Evelina Tandalova from the Tyumen Region became the champion under the adult Category 1 program among gymnasts born in 2013-2014. Diana Kotlovskaya took second place, and the bronze went to Liya Rodionova, another our gymnast from St. Petersburg.Elizaveta Geraskina from Moscow won the gold medal in the all-around among gymnasts born in 2011-2012 under the Candidate Master of Sports program.

Our athletes born in 2013-2014 won three medals at the Dynamo for Russia’s Children interregional competition. Evelina Tandalova from the Tyumen Region was the first in the all-around among adult Category 1 gymnasts; silver and bronze medals were taken by Diana Kotlovskaya and Liya Rodionova from St. Petersburg.After the tournament, the gymnasts summed up the results.Evelina assessed her performances:<blockquote>"There were some flaws and mistakes, but I'll work on them and fix everything. They told me to work boldly, to do everything boldly, and to not be afraid. That this was just a test for me, like a control training session. We worked on the elements, on consistency, on risks. We made it a little more difficult after the Russian Junior Championship. And on artistic expression."</blockquote>She thanked everyone who helped her:<blockquote>"I want to thank the entire Alina Kabaeva Sky Grace Rhythmic Gymnastics Academy and Alina Maratovna for the opportunity to perform and train at the Alina Kabaeva Sky Grace Rhythmic Gymnastics Academy. I also want to thank Evgeniya Mikhailovna, Olga Dmitrievna, and the choreographers who worked with me. Elizaveta Sergeevna, who came here with us, led me through the routine, and prepared me. My choreographers, everyone who helped me — Kirill Mikhailovich, Elena Vladimirovna, Ekaterina Medorovna. I want to thank Elizaveta Sergeevna, who led me out and got me going. They are members of the Russian National team and live and train at the Alina Kabaeva Sky Grace Rhythmic Gymnastics Academy.The gymnasts are competing under neutral status.

After the World Cup in Baku, our group gymnasts remained at the training camp, joined by Inna Bystrova.Coach Anna Ustsova revealed the details of the training process:<blockquote>"Inna Valentinovna is a highly experienced coach, so we're thrilled she came to share her experience with us. She really enjoyed our exercises, and, of course, there's room for improvement. So, in our work schedule, we find areas that can be improved and focus on them more closely. And Inna Valentinovna emphasizes dynamics, certain movements, adds, and offers suggestions. For that, of course, we're incredibly grateful. We all have similar, shall we say, comments. But what Alina Maratovna sees, she sees with a big wide angle. That is truly wonderful."</blockquote>Gymnast Nicole Andronchik shared her impressions of the training and talked about working under the guidance of the Honored coach of Russia, and also thanked the Azerbaijan Gymnastics Federation for the opportunity:<blockquote>"We're having a training camp here. We're training twice a day, doing exercises, and preparing for the next competition. Our coach, Anna Pavlovna, and choreographer, Elena Vladimirovna, are helping us. Inna Valentinovna Bystrova has also come to visit us. She gives us some very important advice and helps us out. And she shares her experience with us. Inna Valentinovna tells us that we should have emotion in every training session, every run-through should be in character. If our ball routine starts slowly, we should be in one character, and if the music is faster at the end, we should be in a different character, and we should switch between routines throughout the exercise. We really want to thank the Azerbaijan Gymnastics Federation for giving us the opportunity to train here, to stay for the training camp, and prepare for the competition."</blockquote>The athlete also told how their day off went:<blockquote>"We visited the Nargorniy Park and the observation deck. We really enjoyed it all."</blockquote>This year, the girls won the Russian Championship. They are part of the main National team and live and train at&nbsp; the Alina Kabaeva Sky Grace Rhythmic Gymnastics Academy.
