In 2010, Evgeniya Kanaeva and Daria Kondakova represented Russia in the senior women's program, and Daria Svatkovskaya represented Russia in the junior women's program.
Evgeniya took first place in the senior all-around, while Darya took second. Darya Svatkovskaya won the junior competition. In the team competition, the Russian team confidently won gold.
That same year, at the World Championships in Moscow, Evgeniya Kanaeva won three gold medals in individual events—the all-around, hoop, and ball. Darya Kondakova became world champion in rope. The Russian team also won team gold.
