Also competing in the individual competition under the Sky Grace International Association quota are juniors Ksenia Salii, Elizaveta Ivoylova, Sofia Nikolskaya, Elena Styushina, Polina Bogdanova, Anastasia Grineva, Viktoria Zinkovskaya, Arina Paimetova, Taisiya Vyachina, Viktoria Shkirenkova, and seniors Maria Dmitrieva, Milana Fedulkina, Alina Galochkina, Nina Olifirenko, Anastasia Michkovskaya, Kira Belkina, Nika Reznik, Dana Semirenko, Alexandra Khabibullina, and Sabina Bayburina. In the junior group competition, Sky Grace will be represented by gymnasts from the Volgograd, Novosibirsk, and Vladimir regions, the Republic of Tatarstan, and Krasnodar Region. Among the seniors, there will be gymnasts from the Volgograd, Belgorod, and Ryazan regions, as well as Krasnodar and Krasnoyarsk Regions.&nbsp; &nbsp;

The Academy group gymnasts won the junior all-around competition at at the third stage of the Cup of the StrongestNikole Andronchik, Alina Proshchalykina, Anna Gryaznova, Polina Zakharova, Kira Pryn, and Nelli Reutskaya won the top scores in the five-hoops and five-pairs-of-clubs routines.The gymnasts' coach is Anna Ustsova, and the choreographer is Ekaterina Belova.

Ksenia Saliy, a gymnast from Moscow, shared her preparations for the third stage of the international Cup of the Strongest tournament in Kazan. The athlete is competing under a quota from the Sky Grace International Association.<blockquote>"I've come quite a long way already. The summer has passed, a lot of work, two practices a day. And I approached it in a good mood because I really wanted to compete in this competition. I changed three routines, three completely different looks. I worked hard to convey each image," Ksenia said.</blockquote>She spoke in detail about her programs.<blockquote>"The first new routine is the hoop, where I have a shaman-like look. I airbrushed it myself, wrapped it around a hoop, and made it look like a shaman's drum. Then I got a new ball. The Flight of the Bumblebee is quite popular. We also tried to make it a little unusual and airbrushed the ball to look like a bumblebee. And the ribbon is very sensual, very delicate. And I really like it. I'm very inspired by Sasha Soldatova. I really like her. And I watch her performance at the World Championship every now and again, where she won first place," she said.</blockquote>Ksenia added that she was grateful to the Sky Grace International Association for the opportunity to participate in the tournament.<blockquote>"I want to express my sincere gratitude to the Sky Grace International Association, because it gave me the opportunity to compete in these competitions and fight for a spot in the finals," the gymnast said.</blockquote>Based on the results of both stages, Ksenia demonstrated the best result among the gymnasts who received a quota. Her coaches are Anna Dyachenko and Ekaterina Shumilova.

Amina Zaseeva from Moscow is Russia’s Master of Sports and a winner and runner-up of all-Russian tournaments and Moscow championships. She participated in judging the interregional qualifying Sky Grace Cup tournament in Odintsovo. Amina highly praised the importance of the competitions held by the International Association:<blockquote>"I would like to see even more tournaments held under the rules of the Sky Grace International Association. Thanks to them, we have the opportunity to enjoy beautiful and complicated rhythmic gymnastics with original elements."</blockquote>

The Academy of Martial Arts is hosting a training camp for gymnasts from the Bryansk Region

Veronika Malinina, the Academy student from St. Petersburg, told what she remembered from the Our Future training camp in Novogorsk:<blockquote>"I really liked the training camp. We had dancing in the morning, then choreography. General physical training in the afternoon, then training. And I learned a lot of new things. We worked on the program, worked on risks and on artistry. These control training sessions are very useful. They give us comments, mention mistakes that need to be corrected, and which ones need to be worked on in the program. We danced different dances. Sometimes slow, sometimes fast, cheerful. Dancing helps to feel the music better, because now there are dynamic changes, this is very important in the program."</blockquote>The athlete thanked Anna Dyachenko for inviting and organizing the training process:<blockquote>"I thank Anna Dyachenko for inviting us to this camp, for giving us the opportunity to participate in it, for organizing this camp. And for giving a lot of new advice that I will use."</blockquote>

Russian national team senior coach Anna Dyachenko summed up the results of the Our Future training camp:<blockquote>"The training camp was held under the motto "How I spent my summer." I was very interested to see how the girls and their personal trainers worked to fix the comments we made at previous training camps, how they rested, how they grew, what new interesting programs they put together."</blockquote>The specialist also told about the training program in Novogorsk:<blockquote>"There was work directly at the training camp, such as dance training with Dmitry Stepanchikov, choreography training with Sofia Tomilina. I watched the program with the girls, with personal trainers, made some adjustments. Well, and most importantly, the crown of the training camp is a control training session under the guidance of the head coach. There will also be judges, represented by the Russian referee core."</blockquote>In addition, the coach assessed the progress of the Academy gymnast Veronica Malinina:<blockquote>"The progress is obvious. I have already noted the difficulty of the program. The tempo is very high, and Veronika copes with it. I will note how much more open Veronica has become.
