Eva Kononova and Arina Kovshova won the hoop and ball finals at the Russian Championships

The first winners of medals of the Russian Championships were determined.

Eva Kononova from the Tyumen Region won the hoop event. Her coach was Evgeniya Eliseeva, and her choreographer was Lyudmila Duganova. The event was choreographed by Natalia Belugina, an Alina Festival choreographer. Anastasia Vlasenko took second place, and Ulyana Janus took third.

Arina Kovshova from the Novosibirsk Region won gold in the ball event. Her coach was Elizaveta Chernova, and her choreographer was Elena Egorova. The routine was choreographed by two-time Olympic champion Evgeniya Kanaeva. Milena Shchenyatskaya won silver, and Karina Kireeva took bronze.
