"Rhythmic gymnastics is an inspiration!" Sky Grace tournament director about competition preparation

The director of the third international Sky Grace tournament, Xia Dao from China, shared how the preparation for the competition took place.

"The groups that organized the project consisted of Chinese employees. It was a long and serious process. Preparation work began at the end of October. Almost the entire process was discussed with the organizers on the Russian side. Basically, there were no technical problems, since all the specialists have been working in this field for a long time," he said.

The director also explained why he has a special place in his heart for rhythmic gymnastics.

"I really like rhythmic gymnastics and other artistic sports, including figure skating, since I am also involved with art. Everything that is happening here now is a kind of an art form. So, rhythmic gymnastics is an inspiration to me," he explained.

The international Sky Grace tournament will be held in Beijing, December 15 to 17.
