"The main thing is not to doubt yourself!" Alina Kabaeva helps Karolina Tarasova with jump rope

At the latest training session of Karolina Tarasova from Donetsk, Alina Kabaeva showed how to improve the technique of throwing and catching an object, and praised the athlete.

"When I tossed in a jump, I tied it. But you don’t tie it, that’s really complicated, well done! It’s getting there," the Olympic champion said.

The Olympic champion also had encouraging words for the young athlete ahead of the competition.

"We really want to help you! We see that you are a talented girl. We see how you are doing everything. Most importantly, don’t doubt yourself. And if it’s difficult, on the contrary, I’ve already told you so many times, overcome yourself. You will overcome it, and you will want to do it even more," she said.

 The international Sky Grace-2023 tournament will be held in Shanghai, November 24-26.
