"This is the incredible unity!" Lira Tazetdinova speaks about the Sky Grace Cup in Qatar

Leader of the young athletes team from Kazan Lira Tazetdinova shared with us what the competition in Doha is for young fans.

"We were invited by Sky Grace to cheer for their team. For those girls whom we know, with whom we trained, whom we saw, whom we love and who are our idols. The athletes were passing by, saw us, came up, our children and our athletes hugged. It's cool."

She also told us about warm relations evolved between special-needs children and Sky Grace gymnasts.

"I think we definitely didn’t come for nothing. We can also pass on some of the vibes for success to our athletes, support them. This is the incredible unity. This feeling of one team. One big team of Russian athletes. Our children feel like they are a part of a big, grandiose event. And they feel like they are part of a big country that has come here to demonstrate to the whole world our openness, our kindness, our aspiration and will towards victory."

The Sky Grace International Clubs Association covered all the expenses of the trip from Kazan.
