"They help to cope with mistakes and shortcomings here." Alexandra Borisova speaking about the training camp at the Academy

The winner of the Russian championship contest Alexandra Borisova came to the training camp at the Academy again. Under the guidance of the honored coach of Russia Elena Karpushenko, she is preparing for the Sky Grace tournament to be held in Shanghai.

The gymnast from Moscow explained the benefits of preparing for competitions right at the Academy:

"I was invited to the Sky Grace competition in China. Elena Karpushenko and I had a lot of questions about reworking the programs. And there are many specialists here who help me cope with mistakes and shortcomings."

The athlete told about the peculiarities of working on the programs.

"We almost didn't change the ball. Probably the hoop was redesigned the most. I performed with a jump rope when I was a kid. I have a small skill remaining but now we need to learn more skills and risks." 

Earlier, Alexandra Borisova has already come to the training camp at the Academy, and also took part in the Alina-2023 festival.
