"I get energy from them and try to pass on my own." Lala Kramarenko on working with young athletes

At the 1st stage of the international Cup of the Strongest, an autograph session was held by three-time world junior champion, 2024 Russian champion Lala Kramarenko.
She shared why she likes visiting with young athletes.
"I get energy from them and try to somehow pass on my own. I too was once little. I had my idols, whoI wanted to approach and talk to, ask questions," Lala said.
Lala is currently sharing her experience at master classes held for athletes from different cities. She noted their importance for beginer gymnasts.
"I understand that, of course, they won’t be able to learn much in master classes. But in any case, they will be able to take on some skills, some elements, some right exercise and movement settings, and I hope that they will apply this in their exercises. I try to show a roll with the ball, which goes through the chest, through the neck, and rolls out into the right hand. And they always look at me with such admiration, saying: "It’s impossible to do! It’s just unrealistic!" And then I explain, and almost everyone can do it. So for me, seeing how children grow, how they understand, accept information, is also very important," the gymnast said.
The 1st stage of the international Cup of the Strongest tournament.was held in Moscow, May 2-4.
