All-Russian Young Sky Grace competition Deputy Head Judge Anna Kurbanova shares her expectations for the All-Russian competition

Before the start of the All-Russian Young Sky Grace competition Deputy Head Judge Anna Kurbanova shared her expectations for the tournament.

"The strongest athletes that passed regional qualifications have gathered here, and we therefore expect really beautiful performances. This is the rising generation, the pre-juniors. Certainly, it is important for them to perform at such significant, serious competitions. Their top-class sports still lie ahead, so we simply wait, who will show herself better, stronger," the judge said.

Anna also shared why she likes the Sky Grace rules.

"These are very interesting rules because there are more opportunities here to perform some new cute elements that are not present in the FIG rules. While they are young, they have an opportunity to be surprised by something, to show something new that, for example, is not done by the older girls," she said.
