"I wish the girls more competitions like this, because they're already known and loved." Irina Berek talks about the performance of our gymnasts at the Gracia Fair Cup tournament

Gracia Fair Cup organizer Irina Berek noted the valuable experience our juniors and seniors gained at the international competition in Hungary:
"We've had the girls before, we've seen them, we know them. But now they've competed at FIG competitions, which was really, really exciting for everyone. I wish the girls more competitions like this, because they're already known, they're loved. And the judges also said it was very beautiful; it's been a long time since they've experienced such a sense of true beauty and true competition."
The specialist assessed the performances of the participants:
"The girls who performed here are all different, individualistic. The juniors, of course, need to train their spirit so they can perform and make the floor shine. And the junior who masters herself and does everything she can will be the first. Because everyone has unique talents, elements, compositions, but they need to be executed. And for the juniors, this is the first task: they learn to cope with anxiety and show what they can do. As for the seniors, all our judges are unanimous — each one is more beautiful than the last. And it's very interesting to watch, when you sit and get goosebumps. We really enjoyed it."
The tournament in the Hungarian capital was held under the auspices of World Gymmastics. Our athletes competed under neutral status.
