"I am very glad that we came to Novogorsk!" Mariia Borisova talks about training under the guidance of Tatyana Sergaeva

After completing her training sessions in Novogorsk, Mariia Borisova from St. Petersburg told how she would remember the training camp under the guidance of Russian head coach Tatyana Sergayeva.

"The atmosphere here is very pleasant, very friendly. Tatiana Sergaeva — I hadn't worked with her before. She's so open and kind. You know, it's like we're on the same wavelength. I really enjoyed working with her, and in general the staff here is very kind and pleasant. The control training was very productive. There were many comments from the judges, from Tatyana Sergaeva. And this is a big plus for us. I am very glad that we came to Novogorsk. I would like to thank all the judges and all the coaches, Tatyana Sergaeva, of course, first of all, for inviting us to this training camp. Because they have given us a new vector of program improvement."

The gymnast also shared an interesting story about her new program with a ribbon.:

"It was very interesting that my music was "Bolero". I thought it was a Spanish dance — at least that's what it was written on the Internet, but Marina Govorova said that the author of this composition came to the factory where steel is cast. He saw how this steel pours, and was inspired to create such a composition. So, she said that you can associate yourself with this, and in general, you need to hypnotize the viewer in this composition."
